There is very good news to Nashikites, Road To Rock! the first ever competition for the up-coming rock stars in nashik city .. lets see what nasik has. … come out and play …….here comes an opportunity for all of you to showcase your talent.

Rock i nashik has taken an initiative to organized a competition for all musicians,band and music enthusiastic to present their talent in front of the city.

Road To Rock is open for everyone who is passionate about music.motive behind this contest is to give the new blood of city a chance to come and show their talent at higher stages.a chance for those who hardly got a chance and criticized city for the poor rock scene to come up and show your talent,to create a base for Nasik for the future scene of our city, we aim to make Nasik known as metal city of state in future.

solo musicians as well as bands are welcomed .

all genre’s are welcomed.contestants would get 20 mins slot for auditions including sound check.

you will have to play at least one original composition.we would provide only basic drum-kit.contestant should carry their owns gear.

as per Nasik upcoming bands wd lack with some or the other player in their band, its not an issue to worry, we wd provide them with that need if they cross out with the auditions.

after auditions the selected people wd get 10 days to get themselves prepaid for finals.

the finalists wd play at the GIG on 25th sept alongside with 3 known bands from city.

at finals the selected bands wd get 45 mins of slot including sound check.

for finals bands need to play minimum of 2 originals.

the winner of the contest wd get a chance to play at the next gig organized by ROCK IN NASIK too..

entries for the contest wd start from 26th of aug and would end on 5th of sept

auditions wd take place on 10th of sept.

finals would take place on 25th of sept.
