The historic Ram Rath and Garud Rath revolved around their traditional route in Old Nashik today. It has been a long tradition after Ram Navmi the birth of ram where both the raths are pulled by various volunteers around narrow lanes of old nashik. The ceremony begins after the Pooja of Shree Ram’s paduka (Footwear) and the Raths started traversing around their route.
