Foody Breaks and Aryaa wines recently held an exclusive Wine and Chocolate festival “Choco-vino” at Mercury Vineyards.In this deliciously dreamy event guests reveled in unlimited tastings of the finest chocolates sipping on brilliant aryaa wines. Chef Mr. Kunal Arolkar demonstrate chocolate making to all the guests which was later followed by wine tasting and wine-chocolate pairing session and question answer session with Chef.
Event start off with winery tour where officials from mercury wines introduced all the guest with winery and surroundings. After a refreshment and brief talk about the aryaa wines. Chef Mr. Kunal begins live chocolate demo’s, Where he made chocolate rocks, ganache and Rose Fennel jelly. During his session chef Kunal shared many useful tricks to keep in mind while making chocolates at your home. After a sweet chocolate making lessons guests sipped various wines produced at Mercury wines to name few Shiraz, Cabernet and Sauvignon blanc was on the table.Event was concluded after a talk about Foody Breaks a company which provided various solutions related to f&b like food demo’s, consulting, gateways, culinary solutions etc.
With finest chocolates and wines the whole Sunday at Mercury winery was indeed a delightful experience, Foody Breaks and Chef Kunal is planning to organize similar events in coming months in nashik and nearby regions soon after success of Choco-vino .
