It is announced that packaged cow milk prices are going to be raised by Rs. 1 per liter. Factory officials said that this hike is necessary as fuel price are raised and transportation has also become expensive. This hike is unavoidable.
Current rate of Government Cow milk is Rs. 27 per liter and that of private firms is Rs. 28 per liter. But from 21 July, private firms’ cow milk will be sold by rate of Rs. 29 per liter.
