Shelter 2017 is the 8th edition and it intends to bring in a paradigm shift in view, approach, method and functioning, with the outcome of building back confidence and strength in our business. Also, we are looking at the exhibition as an interface with members, professionals, agencies, government, consumers and people at large.

Shelter is Credai Nashik Metro’s flagship property exhibition, which happens biannually in the city of Nashik. It’s a platform where the real estate professionals come together and showcase their creations and properties to the general public. With more than 300 participants from the industry, the exhibition also attracts brands and patrons from various spheres. Shelter is not just an event, but it goes much beyond that. It’s an encompassing thought. The biannual Shelter exhibition has always been a prestigious event for Credai Nashik Metro.

The main objective of Shelter 2017 is to brand Nashik as the ‘CITY of FUTURE’ and to explore its potential. The property exhibition intends to bring together members of fraternity and all concerned agencies on one platform and provide opportunities for meaningful exchanges and activities. Also, with this exhibition we plan to portray the constructive strength of the real estate industry in Nashik and build the image of CREDAI Nashik Metro.
