According to the reports nashik based ESDS Software Solutions has proposed plan for Municipal Corporation to provide free Wifi on College road,Nashik. ESDS provided data and web hosting solutions and the Surplus bandwidth company have right now will be used to provide this free WiFi service in nashik city. Municipal corporation has to make some initial investment to enable this service.

For the first phase service will be available from Bhonsala Military School to Mahatma Nagar and Bhonsala Military School to Canada Corner. To use this service user have to first register for username and password, which will be mandatory to use this service. Proposed WiFi network will be also protected through firewalls and other security filters. All individuals, home , offices can use this service at the speed of  2MBPS. After this successful attempt company is also planning to implement this free Wifi service in entire nashik city.
