Pradeep, SETU website is still under construction but they have launched it. As it is yet to be completed, you can experience more of trouble for using services provided by them. Within 15 days, this website will be completed fully and you can use all of their services to its full extent.
And for domicile and Nationality certificates, you need to register on SETU website first. Then there are options for applying to get the certificates you want. You will get a confirmation number on your mobile by SMS. You can check the process of your application by putting inward no. in the space provided. And be in touch with http://justnashik.com for any update.

nashiksetuonline is very bad after one month the certificates not issued.

Nashik Setu is yet to be fully computerized. Most of the work is done manually.
Though they have started web portal, issuing of certificates is done by officers working in setu.
Delay in issue is not admired but it is unavoidable due to lack of working power there.

Justnashik : Everyone may have different opinions upon particular issue we’ll all know how all government bodies work but expressing negative comment on a particular issue (Setu in this case) on a public site is not advisable.
