CS Exams Starts


From today the exams for CS (Company Secretaries) started at B.Y.K. College of Commerce. This exam is being conducted at the divisional level and about 300 students will be appearing for the exams.

The exams are conducted by the Institutes of Company Secretaries India (ICSI) and will continue till 9th of this month. The students appearing will be from Jalgoan, Dhule, Nashik and Ahmednagar.

With the growing need and importance for Company Secretariat many students are willing to make their career in the same. The interested students can join this course after their H.S.C. no matter in any stream Arts, Commerce or Science. The admissions for the CS are open throughout the year whereas The Exams are conducted twice a year in June and December.

Mr. Vrushal Saudagar, Secretary ICSI  pointed out that the career as a CS is very bright in financial as well as social terms. CS is a course by which knowledge of multiple disciplines of law, management, finance and corporate governance is acquired. A CS can act as a link between the Corporate and its Board of Directors, Shareholders, Government and other Agencies.  Any other information about CS regarding any issues is available on www.icsi.edu .
